At Ayulix Ayurveda, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal products that meet strict standards of safety and authenticity.
We understand that at times, you may need to return or cancel your order. Our policy ensures complete transparency and fairness in all such cases.
1. General Policy
Since we deal in Ayurvedic and wellness products, which are consumable and health-related in nature, we follow a strict return and exchange policy for safety and hygiene reasons.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund as per the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A return or replacement request can be initiated if:

The product delivered is damaged, broken, or leaked at the time of delivery.

You have received the wrong product (different from what was ordered).

The product is expired or past its usable date at the time of delivery.
In such cases, please notify us within 12 days of receiving the order by emailing us at support@ayulixayurveda.com with:

Brief description of the issue
Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per the eligibility.
3. Conditions for Return

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return requests beyond 12 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from our official website www.ayulixayurveda.com.

Products purchased from other e-commerce platforms or retail outlets must follow the return policy of that respective seller.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order was paid for via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be required to share your bank account details for refund processing.
5. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
To cancel, please email us at support@ayulixayurveda.com with your order number and cancellation reason.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may refuse delivery at your doorstep, and the refund will be processed after deducting applicable logistics or handling charges.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
Please note, for safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

Opened or partially used bottles, jars, or packs

Products without original packaging or tampered seals

Free samples, promotional gifts, or discounted bundles

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
7. Damaged or Lost Packages in Transit
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with your order details.
We will coordinate with our delivery partner and either resend your order or process a full refund once the issue is confirmed.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame:

Check your bank or payment account again.

Contact your credit/debit card provider — processing delays can occur.

Our team will review and assist you promptly.
9. Shipping & Return Logistics

Reverse pickups are available in select locations only.

In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to send the product back using a reliable courier service.

Shipping charges for returns may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
