At Ayulix Ayurveda, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our delivery timelines, areas covered, and shipping-related terms.
1. Dispatch Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days depending on your pin code and courier service availability.

Remote or rural areas may take an additional 2–3 working days.
We partner with reliable courier companies such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure secure and timely delivery.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the shipment tracking details.
You can track your package directly from our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
For locations not serviceable by our courier partners, we may ship via India Post or contact you for an alternate delivery option.
5. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For COD Orders: A nominal handling fee may apply.

Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
In rare cases, if delivery is delayed due to natural calamities, strikes, or logistics issues, we request your patience.
If your package is lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund as per our Return Policy.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Ayulix Ayurveda ships only within India.
